3.2 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the scope of services, including changes to pricing, service availability, or any other aspect of our services. Clients will be notified of significant changes before their next scheduled service.Booking and Payment
4.1 Booking: Clients can book our services through our website, via phone, or through other communication methods provided by us. Bookings are subject to availability.
4.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments through various methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets. Payment in full is due at the completion of booking unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule a service by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.Client Obligations
5.1 Access: Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed-upon time for cleaning services to be carried out. If access is not available, the service may be rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
5.2 Safety: Clients must ensure that the property is safe for our staff to work in. This includes, but is not limited to, securing pets, and providing a hazard-free environment.
5.3 Personal Belongings: We recommend that clients store valuable or fragile items in a safe place during the cleaning service. Ultra Klean is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence.Service Guarantee
6.1 Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to provide the highest quality of cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation.
6.2 Limitations: Our guarantee does not apply in cases where services could not be fully completed due to factors outside our control, such as lack of access or unsafe conditions.Liability
7.1 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultra Klean will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service in question.
